For our New Year's Eve break, Amanda found us a lovely hotel which had the relaxing atmosphere we needed. As part of The Leading Hotels of the World it was somewhere very special with luxury high on their agenda. Unfortunatley we missed the New Year celebrations of a champagne reception, 5 course dinner, entertainment from the 1920's with charlston dancers, a jazz band, casino and fireworks because my partner fell ill over the weekend. Not quite the New Year we were planning but it was just one of those things. I found your service efficient and informative without any complications which is exactly what I was looking for.
