Service Standards
We pride ourselves on delivering an honest and reliable service and we're committed to providing high standards to all our clients at all times.
Protection
We only use reputable third party suppliers. All the accommodation we suggest is quality assured.
Liability
The role of Unique Alternatives is restricted to the provision of organising the elements of your short break including itineraries. Any contracts for transport services, accommodation and other tourism services will be between you and the third party supplier. This may be governed by further Terms & Conditions issued by those companies. No liability is accepted by Unique Alternatives for any failure to perform or breach of contract on the part of such suppliers.
Booking Conditions
Following the initial consultation, we will send you a copy of our Terms & Conditions and a Booking Form confirming the details of your requirements.
Before we start undertaking work on your behalf, we require a deposit of £25, a signed copy your Booking Form and our Terms & Conditions. Should you have any questions relating to any of these documents, please contact us for clarification.
Once we have sourced the elements of your short break you will be presented with a basic itinerary. Following receipt of your final balance we will send out the full details of your short break.
If there are any amendments to make to your final itinerary after it has been agreed, a chargeable hourly rate of £25 will apply after the first hour.
Fees
Fees for the service provided by Unique Alternatives are payable by cheque or bank transfer.
Fees to third party suppliers are payable by either bank transfer or credit/debit card.
Cancellations
Should you decide to cancel your contract with us at any point, you will be charged (at an hourly rate of £25) for our time up to the point of cancellation.
Complaints Procedure
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any part of our service, you should notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your final itinerary so that we may have an opportunity to rectify the issue. We will respond within 3 working day of them being received at our office.
