• If you are happy with the quotation, we require a signed copy of your Booking Form and our Terms & Conditions together with a non refundable deposit of £25
• We then source various options that match your requirements and present them to you for consideration 
• Once you've chosen your prefered option, we make the necessary arrangements and  payment is made by you to third party suppliers by debit or credit card
• We send you a separate invoice for our fee 
• Once this is paid we send out  the full itinerary details
• On returning from your break, we'll give you a courtesy call for your feedback
